Shipping policy

 

Processing time: 

The processing time for orders is 2 days. This is from the time the order is placed to when the package is handed to the carrier. Orders placed after 12pm are treated as if they came in the next business day. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. 

Shipping rates: 

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight. 

Only small, light weight items are available to ship to Hawaii. Please contact us if you are not able to check out due to shipping. Larger items may be shipped, but at a higher rate. Shipping time to Hawaii may be inaccurate at checkout. A more accurate delivery date will be available once the shipping label is created. 

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. 

In Store Pick Up: 

There is a processing time of 24 hours for in store pick up orders. Orders can be picked up any time during business hours. There is no additional charge for in store pick up.  

Please note that some products may not be available for shipping and only give the option for pickup. This is due either to shipping restrictions or the product is too large or heavy for shipping out of our warehouse. 

International Forwarding: At this time we do not ship orders to international fulfillment or mailing services. Orders placed to be shipped to these kinds of addresses will unfortunately be canceled.
