Directions: 

FLY CALM PATCH DIRECTIONS: Place one patch on a hairless part of the body like the inner arm. Remove & discard after 8-12 hours. Patch is not waterproof.
CALM ESSENCE ROLLERBALL DIRECTIONS: Roll the aromatherapy rollerball in small circles on your temples and pulse points.
THROAT SOAK DIRECTIONS: Pour and mix contents of packet into 1 cup of warm water. Gargle for 5-10 seconds and spit out into the sink. Repeat until solution is gone.
HAND SANI WIPE DIRECTIONS: Use on surfaces or hands to clean.
CALENDULA LIP BALM DIRECTIONS: Apply to clean dry lips and reapply as needed.
CALM MOOD LOZENGES DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 1 Lozenge in the mouth as needed.
